www.examiner.com This is my workout routine! Here is Day 2 as I follow a 2 day split. What this means is I do half of my body one day and the other half another day. I strength train 3-4x a week which is why I do this. This is not for beginners! Incorporate some of the moves into you own routine or do the same as me
