Ces exercices sont nécessaires pour une meilleure posture, un bon soutien de la colonne vertébrale et éviter que la graisse ne s’installe. Et après l’effort, vient le réconfort. Avec le stretching en fin d’émission, étirez vos muscles sollicités et repartez du bon pied pour commencer une bonne journée ! En quelques semaines, on peut remodeler sa silhouette, perdre du poids, ou tout simplement continuer à s’entretenir.
