Do you workout everyday? I am 296 pounds and I am ready to change my life. I am ready to commit and just looking for some motivation. Would it be easier for me to stick with it if I were to workout everyday or something like every other day? Thank you for your time

I can’t stop watching your videos…been at it for almost two hours XD So far though, this one is my favourite. Even though my triceps are killing me and I couldn’t get my knees to stay still and in place….But I’m going to keep trying! Thank you Cassey!<3

Oh hai! Have you considered – fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker got ripped Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.
How often would you recommend doing this workout?
@StyleFreAk07 You should check your BMI (Body Mass Index) It will tell you the weight range you should be in for your height and age. Hope this helps!

@KissAzn23 10 minutes of exercise daily isn’t very much. it’s actually recommended you get ATLEAST 30 minutes. plus casey can’t answer this because she doesn’t know your stats. people are so different when it comes to weightloss she couldn’t tell you. weightloss is 80% healthy diet, 20% exercise.
I AM 6’5 & 330lbs & at 31 years old still a standout athlete. I excel at Football, Basketball, and Soccer. I fell in Love with Pilates around 2006 & the benefits for my Athleticism and flexibility continue to give me Joy and inspiration. I use to weigh over 500lbs & I KNOW that Pilates helped me with my loss. I plan on becoming certified and teaching it someday. Cassey is a gift for sharing all this. I cant weight to challenge myself with those walking and jumping in & outs from plank! Light

Burn baby burn. The belly button being tucked i so impotant as im lean as it is but it shapes our abs and deosnt make them ouffed out cuz our abs will look how ou train them obviously. Im sharing these videos asap.
